SUMMARY OF DUTIES
Under the supervision of the Program Administrator, the Program Supervisor provides supervision to the Parent Educators and Project Coordinator as assigned and assists in program operations to include planning, coordinating, and evaluation of The Parent Line services throughout the State of Hawaii. Ability to provide mentoring, coaching and reflective, administrative and clinical supervision to staff. Knowledge of child growth, development and behavior. Knowledge of positive parenting practices. Ability to provide education, support and resources to strengthen families. Good written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work with families of diverse ethnic, cultural and socio-economic backgrounds. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as required. Valid driver's license, current no-fault insurance coverage, clear driver's abstract, access to an insured vehicle.
EDUCATION AND TRAINING REQUIREMENTS
- Masters' Degree from a school accredited by a recognized accrediting agency. Requires knowledge of an advanced type.
EXPERIENCE
- Over two years, up to and including four years.
